Unworn, unwashed clothing items (like T-shirts, etc.) in their original condition.
Unopened, unused accessories (like bottles, notebooks, etc.).
Products that have been washed or worn.
Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
Products purchased during a clearance or final sale.
Initiate the Return: Contact our customer support team at support@poqolo.com or use the Contact Us form on our website with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order (for selected products only).
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the refund process and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
We will take care of the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
Refunds(only for selected products) can only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued back as store credit.
Sale items or promotional items are subject to specific refund conditions based on the offer.
